A brief explanation will be provided as well as time for question and answers by Qigong master, Lisa Rawson. This is a 4 session series,
All sessions are FREE for women veterans but you must register to attend. These sessions are open to women veterans with disabilities, you do not need to be able to stand or move your arms and legs to benefit from this modality.
