What is QIGONG?

An ancient Chinese modality using VERY GENTLE movement and breathing.

USED FOR: stress and anxiety reduction; improves balance, strength and self confidence

No prior knowledge is required ---just wear comfortable loose clothing.

A brief explanation will be provided as well as time for questions and answers by Qigong master, Lisa Rawson.
